It's a fancy hotel with sea views, we had a wonderful experience. The property was set in a central area near to night life, dining, and street vendors around the corner and the beach on the front side as well as many restaurants, and a 24 hour convenience store at the corner.

Good bed, wonderful bathroom and climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. The panoramic view of the sea. Perfect and magnificent location very near to the beach, easy to get around. Just next door to the beachfront, the center of Bocagrande, and Bocagrande, the Miami of Columbia.

We had a delicious breakfast, it included fruit juice, fresh bread, pancakes, and meats. Location: the hotel was very close to a many restaurants, shops and very convenient for walk at night time, and the beach in Bocagrande. We had lunch at nearby Gokela, tried their fast food options.

Marvellous and plentiful breakfasts with freshly squeezed juices. Incredible location in the tourist area, not far from cool restaurants in Boca grande, night life, dining, and street vendors around the corner and the beach on the front side and shops. Plus, a short way from Masters Royale Casino.

Quiet vibe, the staff is very responsive. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a balcony and a shower, as example was not a problem. The attached restaurant is lovely and having fruit juices, breads, pancakes and meats for breakfast is a bonus.

Rooms are great-sized and well-appointed with a shower in the spa which was hot, fridge and a balcony, food is reasonably priced!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with spacious balconies and amazing views. Good breakfast and a nice restaurant for snacks. Wi-Fi worked well.

Nice hotel, well located in front of the beach and a safe area with several options, and not far from old walled city (5 min by taxi). Good breakfast and nice staff. Facilities included a small but nice swimming pool, a tiny gym (but with new equipment) and a sauna. Rate was acceptable in Cartagena terms. Comfortable enough for a business traveller.

Hotel could benefit from renovation of all rooms, but maintaining good rates. Part of the hotel has been renovated, but rates asked for new rooms are not competitive with other high-quality hotels nearby,

We had a GOOD stay that met all required needs, would definitely stop here again. It was clean, breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel had a perfect and magnificent location minutes from Monumento a la Palanquera. Enjoyed the safe area.

It has modern and beautifully maintained rooms to offer with a beautiful view, a window nearly fall off and wi-fi included.

I enjoyed the hotel, it's modern and fancy and the location is stunning right off of the beach in the middle of the tourist area. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of delicious options.
